The Unwritten Brief
Most briefs aren’t broken. They’re just unfinished. That’s not a criticism. It’s a reality of how work actually happens – especially in live experience. By the time a brief reaches an agency, it’s often the product of multiple conversations, shifting priorities, internal politics, half-made decisions and very real time pressure. Expecting it to arrive fully formed is optimistic at best.
