Brandfest grew out of our work producing brand workshops for various brands across the William Grant & Sons portfolio.
It quickly became a must-attend event blending inspiring keynote speakers, dynamic networking spaces, immersive brand showcases, and surprising activations.
Our client opted for a new approach in 2024: three smaller regional events featuring a compact two-day program. We began by crafting a look and feel that would resonate. We worked with speakers to refine their presentations. And we created an app offering brand toolkits, wellness activities, and archive of content.
Our responsibilities also included sourcing and managing venues, coordinating with suppliers, handling all logistics, planning hosted dinners, and managing filming and editing of video content.
