TM Forum: Setting a New Benchmark for a Global Event Series

After a successful collaboration on Innovate Asia, A*live was appointed as TM Forum’s global flagship events partner. Our brief: raise the creative bar, simplify delivery, and bring consistency to their three largest annual events – Copenhagen, Dallas, and Bangkok.

DTW Ignite 2025 kicked off the series with a high-profile, three-day event hosting thousands of telco and tech leaders.

We led full end-to-end delivery, from stage design and technical production to creative direction, logistics, and collaboration with TM Forum’s global partners. Together, we reimagined key environments across the Bella Center, unifying the experience from main stages to lounges and networking zones.

Our focus was smart evolution – retaining what worked, improving what didn’t, and supporting sustainability goals through thoughtful design choices and a more modular approach to build.
